    1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

    We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new hosting accounts. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund of your hosting fees.

    This guarantee applies to:

    • WordPress hosting plans
    • Website Builder hosting plans
    • VPS hosting plans

    2. Eligible Refunds

    To be eligible for a refund under our money-back guarantee:

    • The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of your initial purchase date
    • The account must be a new account, not a renewal or upgrade
    • The account must not have been suspended for violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy

    3. Non-Refundable Items

    The following products and services are non-refundable:

    • Domain registrations — Domain names cannot be returned once registered. This includes new registrations, renewals, and transfers.
    • SSL certificates — Once an SSL certificate has been issued, it is non-refundable.
    • Setup fees — Any one-time setup or configuration fees are non-refundable.
    • Add-on services — Third-party add-ons and marketplace products (e.g., SiteLock, CodeGuard, SocialBee) are subject to their respective providers' refund policies.
    • WHOIS ID Protection — Domain privacy services are non-refundable once activated.

    4. Renewals and Cancellations

    The 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to new accounts. Renewal payments are not eligible for refund. However:

    • You may cancel your service at any time to prevent future charges
    • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
    • No partial refunds are issued for unused time on renewal periods
    • We recommend cancelling at least 48 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged

    5. How to Request a Refund

    To request a refund:

    1. Log in to your account
    2. Open a support ticket with the subject "Refund Request"
    3. Include your account details and reason for the refund

    6. Refund Processing

    • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
    • It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution

    7. Account Termination Refunds

    Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or any illegal activity are not eligible for any refund. We reserve the right to deny refunds to accounts engaged in:

    • Fraudulent activity
    • Abuse of the refund policy
    • Violations of our terms or policies

    8. Changes to This Policy

    We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. The refund terms in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
